Ok bed, internet good enough for Netflix, ac units have a note forbidding you to alter the temperature settings.
Beautiful hotels.clean only problem I had was am 5feet 3 and the bed was too high staff was very nice and polite
Holes in wall, see daylight around door. And no pets
Pillows flat, huge crack around door had to pack towels around to keep from freezing, no hot water when trying to shower in the morning. But cheap room so I suppose I got what I paid for
Well.. we called their general call center and made the reservation and was told pets are fine since we evacuated for IRMA. After we drive 5 hours all the way here, the front desk refused us while all the hotels in the whole MS STATE and AL STATE are fully booked for all the evacuation. I guess they do not care for the reviews anyway (they have so many 1 Star already). But I would like to share with people since they are really below the bottom line of being a basic human-being mercy. It is not even about the cleanness. It is about life- threatening situation and they refused us due to their fault information or inconsistent organizational structure whatsoever. We want to emphasize on "we did ask and was told pets are allowed now " but ended up with NOWHERE to go during the evacuation.
