We normally have a good experience but they were abnormally busy and I think our favorite waitress no longer worth there. We had to set our own table with 10 kids in tow between myself and my friend from 2 months of age to 9 years. My sister was also there to help. No one came to our tables to take drink orders or pizza order. We had no server the entire time. Our older kids had "book it" and the rest of us had buffet. We had to go to the counter to order etc. There was a period of time when there was absolutely NO PIZZA on the buffet.
I never got a notification that my order was ready, after waiting 45 minutes, I went inside to see that my pizza was ready, but my wings were cooked after I paid.i waited another 20 minutes. .i was frustrated, but I have to say that people were busy everywhere I looked, as the phone was ringing nonstop. They were trying to please everyone in a timely manner. The food was good..hats off to that crew, I would be insane.
Awful. We were in town visiting family and stopped in to eat the lunch buffet. We weren't greeted when we walked in. We were ignored and waited 10 min before seating ourselves. We told the waitress a special request for pizza...30 min later the pizzas we requested weren't cooked, and the buffet only had pizza that had been sitting there for about an hour, which was only 1-2 pizzas and no breadsticks. The staff wasn't apologetic at all, and instead was rude and not helpful at all. I'm also guessing they were violating all kinds of health code violations. This is a sorry excuse for a Pizza Hut. They weren't prepared for the volume of customers they were getting, which was a typical amount of folks. This location is going downhill fast and will close like the other location.
I was here around 630p.m 12/3/2017. Overall it was a great experience. I had a carry out order. One of my pizzas was missing a topping (not a big deal it was a mad house in there) and the manager apologized and fixed it right away. The pizza was fresh and everyone there was extremely polite and friendly something that seems to not be practiced in the south anymore.
Since April I’ve given this place 4 chances to get it right but still no progress. Waited one time 25 minutes before coming to get an online carry out order. Paid then was told it would be 5 minutes. 10 minutes pass so I walk in and no one knows where my pizza is. Then finally told they didn’t have one of the toppings requested. Asked for a refund and wasn’t compensated for the wait or drive and was given attitude. On 2 other occasions I’ve pulled up to the carry out window waited a few minutes and just drove off. No customers in the store and seemed like no workers in the store either. Another time I ordered a pizza I asked what was the weird neon green stuff on the pizza. I was told it was bell peppers. It looked like a mix between bell and banana pepper. I don’t know what happened to this place this year but just drive to the Ellisville location to get better service and and much better pizza or even Little Ceasers. They garbage at the Laurel location absolutely garbage.
