Donna the general manager will hang up on you instead of dealing with the problem of a messed up order. 1 out of every 3 orders they mess up and won't fix. Good luck if they mess up your order been hung up on twice tonight by the lovely general manager.
My visit was absolutely horrible. As soon as i walked in i was not greeted or aknowledged by the staff. They were all preoccupied eating breadsticks and pizza. I patiently waited to be attended approximately 3 minutes. All of the staff continued to look at me but not aknowlege my precense. I got attended by a young man named Brandon .I ordered the special that includes 2 medium pizzas with two toppings. I told the employee to add alfredo. Mr.Brandon decided to assume i could not afford to pay the difference which was highly offensive. He wanted to charge me $10 per pizza so technically $4 to add alfredo sauce. The staff is highly unprofessional and unqualified. They give a bad name to the company and tarnish its great reputation.
