I had a great experience. Due to an accident when I was in a coma I am in need of understanding and explanation. The staff, nurses and doctors as well as getting my blood drawn which I hate are very professional as well as supportive.
Kimberly Cabe is an excellent nurse practitioner that works there. She is very thorough and was able to figure out what is going on with me in just one visit. She was professional yet caring and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. She teaches some very educational nutrition classes that I highly recommend. If I were rating the ladies at the front window they would get a one star for not being friendly, they were rude actually. It got to the point where I told them I didn't mind going somewhere else. But I'm glad I stayed and met Kim.
Rude and a scam. Called to set up an appointment to get help with ADHD meds and the person I talked to was very rude. Gave me an appointment but refused to tell me whether or not the doctor even prescribed ADHD medication. Then she laughed at me when I asked if I could come in early to sign a medical release document so my other Doctor could fax the information about my ADHD. She laughed and said "It's not like your doctor will send your information today". Then once I arrived at my appointment early , after she told me I could sign the medical release form early, she told me I'd have to wait until after I saw the doctor before I was allowed to sign a medical release form, meaning the doctor would not have access to my records at the time of my appointment. Also, when I went to pay, the attendant demanded I pay $100 up front even though I had already met my insurance deductible and told me I'd probably have to pay another $150 after the visit for bloodwork and lab tests even though I wasn't even there for anything requiring bloodwork. The doctor I was going to see (they wouldn't tell me his name) was just going to scam me into paying as much money as possible. So I left and went to another doctor in Hattiesburg, got the meds I needed and did not pay a dime for the visit!
