This business is a joke, was referred by hospital after a scaphoid fracture in my wrist that requires surgery do to the placement of the break . I was told to call the next day to schedule an appointment for surgery because the lady from schedule in was out. I did and I was scheduled 2 days latter went to hospital 2.5 hours away I was told the doctor cancelled my surgery call and reschedule, when I tried calling they had no idea what to do and I was told I would get a call back waited days with no call. After several days I called repeatedly receptionist would transfer me while I was trying to explain situation kept being transferred to a message recording. I finally got someone Willi b to look into it but never returned my call I did call back and do d out Dr. Reddy waa still trying to figure out how to do the procedure, beat way to do it and they would contact me once they rescheduled( because I kept calling) after 2 weeks of waiting I called back for an update asked for a call back from the doctor. I was told I would get a call back within 48 hours, i never received a call back. A week later I called I was told my surgery was marked as completed she would look into it and call back suprisingly I was called back the nurse who returned my call gave the message " the doctor is still researching the procedure." I have been walking around in a sprain brace for a month. If you have another option do not use this company!
