I've had my wife's car in here twice and each time they have done an excellent job. They explain what can wait and what needs to be addressed quickly. They are always polite also. I highley recommend using Herman's Auto Tech.

Too expensive
I've recently started using Stacy and his crew for my personal and business vehicles. Their workmanship is great, they don't use inexpensive parts ( I wont be in soon to replace the same parts). My van is how I make a living, they realize that and the two times I've had it in, it was out within 18 to 20 hours ! Thank You Stacy and all your crew. Well Satisfied !
I called for customer service concerning my transmission. The guy that answered was very rude. For anyone that chooses for their vehicle to be serviced here, I hope that service is handled more respectfully that it was to me!
