My wife and I were in town from out of state for a funeral, and planned to drive home that night. After and unfortunate incident left us in a bind, and the local Ford dealership was ZERO help, other than offering to let me park my vehicle there all weekend until their service department opened. They couldn't even be bothered to recommend another shop in the area. Lucky for us, the gentlemen at Firestone went above and beyond to help us and got us back on the road. There are so few genuine fair businesses left these days, and everyone knows the bad name many mechanic shops often get. This location could not have been any further from the norm. They took us in an hour before closing and were not only professional and courteous, but personable and compassionate. I simply can't say enough complimentary things about Mr. Zach and Mr. Decker!!! These men could teach many business owners and managers a lesson in customer service and common decency.
Great service but very busy. It was 2 days before I could get in to get an oil change. Very busy..., so if in a Rush head somewhere else.
Was seriously in a bind after getting an oil change at Midas in Ohio, who didn't screw my oil cap on and it leaked everywhere, and they were so kind and helped me right away so I could get home safe. Love this place and would recommend, their customer service was amazing.
