It is a good place for storage if you can't find anything better. It has rat poop, and I had to wash almost all of my belongings. The service is great, but the gate opens from the wrong end. I would suggest finding a better storage area.
The gate is inop, therefore wide open, the majority of the time. And the other review here was written by an employee.
