The food is good, and the sweet tea is fantastic! However, I have had several experiences with less than wonderful staff. The vast majority of experiences have been excellent, though. I strongly recommend eating here.
I've never once had any to-go order contain everything I've ordered at the Laurel, MS location. I have to pay for the extra salad dressing, the extra guacamole, the chili to go on my potato, yet these items are NEVER with my order when I pick it up. One time my $4 cheescake slice was missing. I'm literally to the point of having to unpack all of my to-go orders to make sure everything is there. Can you guys please hire some adults in there who actually care about their jobs rather than the gaggle of teens who are always too busy chatting to take someone's order?
