Horrible agency , I wish there was a negative star. My wife and I have used them for years no claims at all but one day I had a flat in a remote part of Stone County, MS. Well, I called the roadside service and after going over everything twice was told a tow truck was in route. Well, we have coverage we've paid for including roadside service but what you know they NEVER showed and we were told to wait at least an hour.. It was 105 degrees heat index at the time and I let the woman on the phone know we were in a dangerous situation. I called their office and after days being told I would be reimbursed for having to pay a gentleman $100 for helping me get to where I could buy a tire Shuff offered me nothing but lunch when ever that way. Well, if it it takes me 10 years I'll let people know and find more victims of this crooked agency. I asked to get what I paid for and when I paid out of pocket I got the shaft from Shuff. I got you buddy there are plenty newspapers, social media sources and people who I can spread the word to.
