They r not friendly at all act like ur a bother to them
Their hours are 8AM to 6PM on Saturdays... We arrived at 5:40 with a 103 fever and a very sick child only to find the doors locked as if they were closed. I thought it stated plainly closing time was 6:00, not 5:30!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED! WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING FOR ANY REASON AT ANY TIME OF DAY!!
Pretty good when they're not jam packed busy & depending on which doctor or nurse practitioner you get.
9 months pregnant and here with a sick four year old. Was here for 1hr 45 minutes before we could see a dr. There were only 3 people ahead of us when we got here. Was here a total of 2 hours 15 minutes. Would not recommend.
I got bit by a spider, and I went there, it was the best decision I made, Mrs Diane one of the NP took very good care of me, she treated me very kind and she made me feel so comfortable, I was in so much pain and Mrs Diane never left my side she treated me for almost 2 weeks, and I will go back again and again, she's the best she was like a mom to me Thank you Mrs Diane for being who you are, Urgent Care is really Blessed to have you
