Extremely Terrible Place !!!

This place has got the worst assistance of any place I’ve ever been ..

you can’t get anyone to help you find anything..

I found what I needed easily. The cashier was extremely nice and friendly. I especially liked being able to check out quickly.

I came into Lowe's in Laurel, MS September 5, 2017 to purchase a washer, dryer and refrigerator. First let me say it took 23 minutes to be acknowledged by the customer service rep in appliances. There was 1 other person browsing and myself so they were not busy. Second, after I made the purchase it took such a long time to get my appliances brought to the front so I could get them loaded. The gentleman who checked my receipt, took it from my hand, checked it and slung it back to me without every saying a mere thank you for your business....nothing. To make matters worse, after all the money I spent when I got the appliances home, we unloaded them, removed the carton from the dryer and saw a huge dent on the edge/corner of the washing machine. I had to wonder if it was damaged during shipping or perhaps when they were getting it from the back it was damaged in process. They said it was brought down from the top. Regardless, when I called Lowe's about the damaged washer and the dent that was noted when we unboxed it, they said, and I quote, "That isn't our problem. No proof it was damaged in delivery to Lowe's or when we got it from the back." Are you kidding me? I would never complain about damaged appliances had I done the damage myself but this appliance, 1 or 3 I might add, was taken straight from Lowe's, unboxed as it sat on the trailer and the dented corner was clearly visible when we received it. I will never shop at Lowe's again. I should have been offered a replacement for the damaged washer I unknowingly purchased. Not good, Lowe's! Kathi Evans

Last night (Friday October 20th) my husband and I went in after work about 7pm and purchased about $400 of materials to build a patio for our dogs. A skid of 1' x 1' pavers (168 total) 28 bags of sand and 2 rolls of weed blocker. At customer service we paid and asked for free delivery because it says online it's free. The lady that first helped us was not very enthusiastic I'm thinking she needs more training in customer service but the lady she went to get to help us was totally awesome! Her name was Debbie and she explained to us that yes we could get free delivery but it was first come first serve so we couldn't have it delivered until Tuesday. We were very dissapointed because we had planned to put the patio in our dog pen this weekend, we were both off witch is not usually the case because we both work overtime at our full time jobs. When Debbie realized the bind we were in she went above and beyond and called the delivery guy left a message as he was off work. As soon as we returned home, Debbie from Lowe's called us to tell us our stuff would be coming at 7:30 am. Yippee! Our dogs will be getting a nice new floor in their pen and we are thrilled with the customer service Debbie at Lowe's in Laurel provided. I hope other people that work in the customer service read this and understand how good a store looks when they do all they can to help the customers that pay them their wages! Debbie went above and beyond and so did the man that made the delivery on time! We were thrilled! Thank you Lowe's and Debbie and the very awesome delivery guy!

For once i finally was able to get some help in a timely matter..normally you can't find anyone to help you...so the 3 stars are for past experiences and for today combined

I useuly drone to Hattiesburg to Home Depot when I want something..
