I have NEVER left a negative review anywhere because I usually try to give people in service jobs the benefit of the doubt but that was completely uncalled for. If y'all see this review you should not be in business, there is no excuse for that.
And as I was about to call her out on that bs she says "Thank you" and hangs up.

I have used this service many times. I have always received high quality arrangements and superb service. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of floral or greenery arrangement.
Me: Hi, my name is blabla I work at blabla, I need to get a funeral arrangement wired out for a visitation this evening.
Her: We can get a plant over there.
Her: I just don't think we'll be able to do that, we won't have enough time.
..... Really? I work in the industry, it only takes half an hour to throw a stand together plus the time to deliver.
I work at another florist and needed to get a funeral arrangement wired out to the Laurel area, florists do this all the time, it's not a difficult process.
Me: That I don't know, the funeral home is blabla.
I have done business with Flowertyme for years. I always have received the best service and the best quality of the arrangements I order. I live out of town and most of my friends and family are in Laurel. I never have to worry about the service I receive. A+
Me: The customer requested a grapevine wreath if you have it-
Me: - or a traditional stand.
Her: Nuhuh
I said "Ok?"
Her: What time? (She could call the funeral home to find this out, that's what you're supposed to do)
Ordered "BEAUTIFUL IN BLUE" which should be named Beautiful in Clear...The picture online was gorgeous but what was delivered was nothing near that!!! This was for a funeral...The family flowers were red, white and blue so being part of the immediate family from out of town we wanted something to match...That didn't happen!!! A friend of the family and a friend of Randy is the one who told me to call Flowertyme to let them know I was not happy with the arrangement...When I called to let them know the lady said " oh yeah I know we are out of blue vases and so was our wholesaler so we used clear"...I told her "that's not what I ordered"...She said "I know but that's what we had." How rude!!! Then she said bye!!! Wow!!! Not sure if they know this or not but that's false advertisement!!! I had to give 1 star to post this and the only good that came out of this is that they delivered the Beautiful in Clear on time!!! I guess you have to know somebody there to get good service and the right order because our friends order was Beautiful!!! Very sad day to also be disappointed!!! :((
